St. Anthony's College Katugastota became the Champs beating
St Joseph, Colombo (35-7) ,Vidyartha (21-7) in Quarter Finals,, St.
Thomas, Mt. Lavonia (28-7) in Semi Finals and beating Royal
Collage, Colombo was in the Finals (19-7).

The Team Coach Nihal Ananda said "We were
confident in winning the Tournament because we and the Boys worked
hard in training three hours a day and three days a week for seven
months preparing for the tournament and the support form the
principal Rev. Father Hilarian Fernando and parents was enormous.
The Old Anthonian Sports Club helped us all way". |
